On June 27, 2026, FutureSparQ Academy participated in Parenting Summit 2026 as the partner responsible for designing experiential learning activities for children, supporting parents throughout a day dedicated to psychology, neuroscience, and the journey of raising and nurturing children.
Parenting Summit 2026 was held in a hybrid format in Ho Chi Minh City and online worldwide, providing parents with an opportunity to listen, reflect, and gain deeper insights into child development from a scientific perspective. While parents engaged with the summit’s main sessions, FutureSparQ Academy designed a dedicated learning journey for children, allowing them to learn and explore through hands-on activities.
DESIGNING LEARNING EXPERIENCES ALONGSIDE PARENTS
FutureSparQ Academy’s participation in Parenting Summit 2026 was rooted in a simple belief: a child’s development cannot be separated from their environment and the support they receive from their family.
Preparing children for the future requires more than knowledge and skills. They also need an environment that encourages curiosity, active exploration, and the confidence to try new things. Alongside supporting parents, FutureSparQ Academy therefore created an interactive learning space where children could learn through direct experience.
At the event, students were introduced to FutureMath and FutureAI through hands-on and visually engaging activities.
Through FutureMath, children explored mathematical concepts using a hands-on learning approach, beginning with touching, observing, and manipulating learning materials before progressing toward abstract concepts. This approach gave students the opportunity to discover mathematical ideas and develop their own ways of solving problems rather than simply receiving predetermined answers.
Meanwhile, FutureAI brought children closer to technology through Robotics-based activities. Students were able to observe, interact with, and begin exploring how technology can be used to address specific challenges and solve real-world problems.
Alongside the experiential activities, FutureSparQ Academy also conducted a short student assessment, providing parents with additional insights to consider when understanding their children’s abilities and identifying suitable learning pathways.
FROM A SMALL EXPERIENCE TO GREATER CONFIDENCE
What made the activities at Parenting Summit 2026 meaningful was not simply children’s exposure to mathematics or technology, but the way they were encouraged to take an active role in the learning process.
From their first interactions with a robotic model to independently exploring a mathematical challenge and searching for ways to solve it, each activity created opportunities for children to observe, ask questions, experiment, and discover answers for themselves.
For FutureSparQ Academy, these experiences play an important role in building children’s confidence. When children are given opportunities to try in a safe and supportive environment—and encouraged to keep going after an unsuccessful attempt—they gradually discover that they are capable of learning and solving unfamiliar problems.
This reflects the educational philosophy FutureSparQ Academy strives to cultivate: not simply delivering knowledge, but creating an environment where children can develop active thinking, curiosity, and confidence through their earliest learning experiences.
SUPPORTING PARENTS THROUGH EVERY STAGE OF A CHILD’S DEVELOPMENT
FutureSparQ Academy believes that educating children and supporting parents are two closely connected parts of the same developmental journey. When parents gain a deeper understanding of their children’s development while children receive learning experiences suited to their needs, the overall learning journey can become more consistent and meaningful.
FutureSparQ Academy’s participation in Parenting Summit 2026 was therefore more than an experiential learning activity. It created an opportunity to connect two essential sides of education: parents gained new perspectives to better support their children, while children had the opportunity to directly explore how they learn, think, and solve problems.
