“WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP?” is a familiar question as children begin thinking about their future. But before looking for an answer about a career, children may first need the opportunity to better understand themselves: what sparks their curiosity, which experiences have inspired them, and what they want to continue exploring.
This is the starting point of SPARQFINDER, a FutureSparQ Academy program designed to help students explore who they are, identify their interests, and gradually envision pathways that may be meaningful for their future.

STARTING WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT THEMSELVES
Rather than beginning with the choice of a specific field of study or career, SPARQFINDER creates space for students to reflect on their own journeys.

In the first session, students are guided through activities that encourage them to reflect on their experiences, the changes that have shaped their growth, the challenges they have encountered, and the new things they would like to explore in the future.

Through these relatable questions, each student begins to build a personal “map”—where experiences, interests, curiosity, and moments of inspiration gradually become clues for understanding themselves more deeply.
WHEN EXPERIENCES BECOME CLUES TO THE FUTURE

Future planning does not necessarily have to begin with a clear answer.
A personal interest, the experience of trying something new, a moment that sparks excitement, or even a challenge that proved difficult can all offer valuable insights into how a child thinks, what they care about, and what kinds of environments they may want to explore further.

SPARQFINDER encourages students to look back at these experiences, connect the dots, and ask deeper questions about themselves. In doing so, future exploration becomes an ongoing journey of discovery rather than a decision that needs to be made immediately.
SUPPORTING STUDENTS THROUGH THEIR JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY
SPARQFINDER is supported by an experienced education team with expertise in helping students explore their abilities, interests, and potential learning pathways.
Christopher Vu, FSA Co-Founder & Academic Director, brings more than 30 years of experience in education, with an academic background at MIT and Berklee College of Music, as well as more than 40,000 hours of direct teaching experience in the United States.

He is joined by Chi Thuc Ha, an international education consultant with more than a decade of experience supporting students as they explore their interests and consider their educational pathways.

Bringing together educational and guidance perspectives, SPARQFINDER creates an environment where students are encouraged not only to seek answers, but also to learn how to ask meaningful questions and observe themselves more closely.
FROM UNDERSTANDING THEMSELVES TO ENVISIONING THE ROAD AHEAD
A child’s future cannot always be defined by a single answer in the present. What matters more is developing the ability to recognize what they care about, understand the experiences that have shaped them, and remain open to discovering new possibilities.

With SPARQFINDER, every session becomes one step in that journey. By reflecting on their own stories, students gradually identify their interests, strengths, and areas of exploration that they may continue developing in the future.

SPARQFINDER is currently offered to students at Vietnam Tinh Hoa School (VNTH), with a learning journey designed to support students as they explore themselves and develop a clearer sense of direction for the future.
